Booking policy

    The information provided on our website, brochures, and other marketing materials has been compiled and reviewed to provide customers with accurate information. However, please note that this information is subject to change based on actual conditions and is not considered a part of the agreement between the Customer and Oxalis Holiday. By registering for any of Oxalis Holiday’s services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

    Service price

    All prices on the website are subject to change due to fluctuations in market exchange rates or additional fees imposed by the Vietnamese government. In the event of a minor change in the service price, Oxalis Holiday will not modify the price that has been confirmed with the customer.

    Children’s Policy

    • Children under 6 years old: Free
    • Children from 6 to under 12 years old: 50% discount
    • Children 12 years old and over: Adult price

    Payment Policy

    Within 2 working days of making a booking, you will receive an email with your booking confirmation information. To confirm the service, you must complete a bank transfer and pay 100% of the service fee within 72 hours of receiving the confirmation email.

    By making a payment, you indicate your full agreement with Oxalis Holiday’s policies, terms, and conditions regarding service provision.

    Service Change Policy

    Shared service

    Customers can change the date of a shared service by submitting a written notice and confirmation at least 7 days before the departure date. Changing the service date with less than 7 days’ notice will be considered a cancellation and recorded as a cancellation request.

    Customers have the right to change the participants of the service by submitting a written notice at least 3 days before the departure date.

    Private service

    For private services and groups of 20 or more, customers can change the service date by submitting a written notice and confirmation at least 15 days before the departure date. Changing the service date with less than 15 days’ notice will be considered a cancellation and recorded as a cancellation request.

    Customers have the right to change the participants of the service by submitting a written notice at least 3 days before the departure date.

    Service cancellation policy

    Shared service

    For shared service, if you cancel in writing and confirm at least 7 days before the departure date, Oxalis Holiday will refund the amount you paid.

    If you cancel in writing and confirm it less than 7 days before the departure date, you won’t get a refund for the service you paid for.

    Private service

    For private service and group service (over 20 people), if you cancel and let us know in writing at least 15 days before your trip, we’ll refund what you paid.

    If you cancel and let us know in writing between 14 to 7 days before your trip, you’ll be charged a fee of 50% of the total cost. If you cancel and let us know in writing less than 7 days before your trip, you’ll be charged a fee of 100% of what you paid.

    Cancellation during the service

    If you need to interrupt the service while using it, you will not receive a refund or compensation for the service you have already paid for under any circumstances.

    Cancellation due to force majeure

    In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, storms, floods, earthquakes, fires, wars, terrorism, or epidemics, Oxalis Holiday reserves the right to cancel the service without consulting the customer. The customer will receive a full refund for the service they paid for, but Oxalis Holiday is not responsible for any additional costs (such as travel expenses or airfare) incurred outside of the service.

    Conditions for departure

    Each service needs a minimum number of customers to proceed. Therefore, the service is only confirmed when this minimum is met. If the service doesn’t reach the minimum number of customers, Oxalis Holiday may cancel or reschedule the departure date as a backup plan. If the customer doesn’t agree to reschedule, Oxalis Holiday will refund the full cost paid by the customer.

    Information security

    Oxalis Holiday values your privacy and only collects personal information necessary for arranging the tour. We keep this information confidential and only share it with local authorities when required. By providing your information to Oxalis Holiday, you consent to us using it to build and finalize agreements with relevant services.

    Good faith

    All the information and advice we give you about vaccines, climate and weather, facilities, visa entry, and more, whether it’s in person or through email or phone, is meant to help you prepare for your trip. However, please note that we can’t guarantee the accuracy of this information.
